Chasity is also a certified trauma-conscious yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to helping individuals cultivate greater presence, resilience, and inner peace. With specialized 100-hour certifications in Tonglen, Mindfulness & Guided Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Zen Meditation techniques she offers personalized practices that honor each person’s unique path to healing and self-discovery.
